Returns Policy
At Arabplugs we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which shoes purchased from our store may be returned or refunded.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if: The shoes are unused, unworn and in original condition. Original packaging, box, and tags are intact. The return request is made within 7 days of delivery Shoes showing signs of wear, damage, or odor will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: Used or worn shoes, Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective) Items returned after the return window
3. Size & Fit Issues
We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. Returns due to incorrect sizing are accepted only if the shoes remain unused and in original condition.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive: A defective product An incorrect item Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
5. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return: Contact us at askme@arabplugs.com. Provide your order number and reason for return. Wait for return approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service We are not responsible for lost return packages
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or model is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are treated as standard returns.
